  • Niche Preservation: How To Carve Yours And Make A Profitable Membership Site - Membership marketing is the dream of several web entrepreneurs. Ideally, you want to do something, or find something regularly enough, that people will pay you money to tell them about it, or provide a service that they will pay money to get access to. Membership sites, done right, can bring in multiple income streams. Doing them right means doing targeted marketing and services and content. Targeting your market properly is a three step process. • PMI Gold Leads with High Grades and Profit Margins - Everyone knows the adage—buy low and sell high, but buying low means buying what few others value. Just a few sellers can attract more panicked selling and, conversely, a couple major shareholders can spur more optimistic buying. Market leaders have the courage and skill to stray from the herd and buy a stock based on its actual value, not simply because everyone else is buying. The same logic holds true for exploration companies: Create investor wealth by buying and developing properties where others have failed – due to higher commodity prices, market conditions, politics or lack of courage or skill. PMI Gold’s (TSX.V:PMV) President Doug MacQuarrie has had his eye on the Asankrangwa gold belt in Ghana, West Africa since 1994 when he co-commissioned the first modern, geophysical airborne survey flown over the belt.

  • PMI Gold Sees Shareholder Growth in Micro-mining - PMI Gold Corporation (TSX.V: PMV) is betting that micro-mining, the practice of operating smaller, high margin gold mines, will help it grow over time into a significant producer. Case in point: the firm’s activity on Kubi, a property located in Ghana’s Golden Triangle. PMI Gold CEO and President Douglas MacQuarrie believes Kubi could yield significant amounts of gold without using an enormous amount of resources to do so. PMI Gold finalized its purchase of the Kubi site from Nevsun Resources (TSX: NSU) in October.
  • PMI Gold Gears for Gold Production in Ghana - With the ink barely dry on its latest African acquisition, PMI Gold Corp. (TSX.V: PMV) is now looking for the big money that will get its gold properties into production. PMI Gold president Douglas MacQuarrie says he’s currently trying to raise $53 million to see the new Kubi property, as well as the Obotan site, up and running within two years. The properties, in the lucrative Golden Triangle in the West African nation of Ghana, have both been mined profitably in the past by industry giants from open pits. PMI Gold finalized its deal for Kubi with a subsidiary of Canada’s Nevsun Resources Ltd. just last month, issuing 9,000,000 common shares to Nevsun to give that company an 11.6% stake in PMI Gold.

This latest acquisition rounds out the company’s existing portfolio to four past-producing Ghanaian gold properties, giving PMI control of a total 698 sq km in the Golden Triangle. PMI has issued 9,000,000 common shares at $0.30, with a further $3 million in cash and/or shares to go to Nevsun within six months. Kubi is located 20 km south of the world famous AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi mine and 46 km southeast of PMI’s Obotan project.
